1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

What is it

1:1 coaching built entirely around you. Every programme is bespoke and fully personalised to your goals, needs, and lifestyle.

Who is it for

If you’re new to strength training and need support to train confidently and effectively. Or if you’re already experienced but want to push to the next level to get even more from your workouts.

What's included

Fully bespoke programming tailored to your strengths, needs and limitations, supported by hands-on 1:1 coaching and guidance. You’ll get access to a custom training app to track workouts, monitor progress and maintain accountability.

How sessions work

Train in person 1 – 3 times per week, with the option to add additional workouts outside our sessions at a frequency that suits your lifestyle.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

What is it

Personal training in a small, supportive group of up to three. Sessions are structured so everyone progresses at their own level, with tailored coaching, expert guidance and a high-energy atmosphere.

Who is it for

Ideal if you enjoy the motivation, energy and camaraderie of a small, supportive group environment, but still want personalised coaching to stay accountable and progress towards your fitness goals.

What's included

Structured full-body sessions with exercises tailored to your ability, with the option to train once or twice per week. You’ll also get access to a custom training app to track progress, train at your own level and maintain accountability.

How sessions work

The programme runs in 8-week cycles, designed to give you enough time to build strength, adapt to the training and see clear, measurable progress. You can join a programme at any time. Book a discovery call to find out more.

ONLINE COACHING

What is it

You’ll get a personalised training plan delivered through an industry-leading training app, giving you the flexibility to train when and where it suits you.

Who is it for

Ideal if you already have strength training experience, feel confident working out on your own, but want clearer direction, structure and expert guidance to to take your training to the next level.

What's included

Bespoke training programme tailored to your goals and lifestyle, with ongoing support and regular check-ins to keep you accountable. Programmes are delivered through a custom training app, with the option to combine online coaching and in-person sessions.

How sessions work

The frequency and volume of training is tailored to you. Train fully online, or combine online and in-person sessions for a hybrid approach. Plans are designed to fit your schedule, maintain consistency and ensure continued progression.

MEET YOUR COACH

I’m Amy, the coach behind DarchFit Personal Training.

I have over 10 years’ experience helping women through 1:1, small group and online training. I’ve worked in high-end gyms across London, from boutique studios to some of the UK’s leading small group training spaces, where I developed my coaching and programming expertise.

I’m also a mum to two young daughters, so I understand how easily your own needs can slip down the priority list when you’re juggling work, family and everything else.

My coaching is hands-on and technique-driven. I take the time to understand you, so your training is never generic. Building trust and strong relationships is central to my approach, helping you train with confidence and achieve results that last.

I’m committed to being the strongest, fittest version of myself, and just as passionate about helping others carve out time for themselves to build strength, move better and feel more confident.

The studio is purpose-built for 1:1 and Small Group Personal Training, with everything needed to help you get the most from every session.

It features the highest-grade gym flooring, along with a full squat rack, bench, barbell, weight plates, dumbbells and kettlebells designed for strength work.

The Concept2 rowing machine, jump box and resistance bands support accessory movements and conditioning.

CATERHAM ON THE HILL

The DarchFit studio is based in Caterham-on-the-Hill, just 5 – 10 minutes’ drive from Caterham Valley, Old Coulsdon, Coulsdon and Chaldon.

Woldingham, Kenley, Purley, Warlingham and Chipstead are all within a 10 – 15 minute drive.
